NOTE: Application and payment should be submitted by Monday, October 21, 2024*. 

 

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified ONLY if denied. If denied, a refund, less credit card fees, will be made.

 

*Applicants who apply after October 21, may not make it onto the official printed event materials.  Location assignments are processed in the sequence registration received.
