Highlands County High School Students
Every year during our Sebring Arts & Crafts Festival, we will be hosting "Emerging Artists" which is a juried art competition held at the art festival in Downtown Sebring Circle. Scholarship funds will be awarded to our winners.
For the 55th Sebring Arts & Crafts Festival prizes are as follows:

Winners will also be awarded a 1 year student membership to the Highlands Art League.
All submitted artwork must be original work created solely by the student.

The Sebring Arts & Crafts Festival is the first Saturday of November every year. If you are a high school student in Highlands County, make sure to mark your calendars so you can be apart of the "Emerging Artists" art competition.
